Join us for our Wii Fitness Class. Each 45 minute exercise class is followed by a nutritious meal for you prepared by Chef Irving Brown II. It’s the New Year and you are ready for a new you but you’re also HUNGRY.
Culinary and Nutrition Seminar
Come learn how to prepare and maintain a healthy diet. Chef Irving Brown II will prepare cuisine while Registered Dietician Bernice Deloney will educate you on dietary needs and how to understand your BMI.

At Dr. Katherine and Associates, we are proud to offer CPR training courses 24 hours a day, 7 days a week with services available nationwide.
