Chef Irving’s Stuffed Chicken Breast with Grilled Vegetables
6 to 7 oz. Chicken breast ( Pounded to half volume.)
½ Cup Baby spinach
1 Sliced button mushroom (Baby portobello mushrooms are great too!)⅓Cup Mozzarella cheese (If you use an alternate cheese it should be a whitecheese. Feta is also a good choice.)
2 slices Turkey bacon (This will add flavor, help close your chicken, and it’s healthier for you.)
Sea Salt, fresh cracked black pepper
to taste and saute on medium heat.
