Dr. Katherine And Associates CPR Courses is an American Heart Association Training Site. Our company provides training throughout Illinois and nationwide 7 days a week with availability 24 hours a day. Courses provided by Dr. Katherine And Associates CPR Courses include cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR), advanced cardiac life support (ACLS), first aid, blood borne pathogens, and more. Our company has a speaker’s bureau, heart healthy cooking program, and free wellness walks / bike rides for the community. Clients include medical professionals, students, educators, and families.
Description:
Entry level Marketing and Public Relations Internship opportunity. Intern will need to have basic understanding of media relations, press releases, product and brand promotion, website maintenance, and social media. Intern will assist in daily marketing activities, general clerical duties, and communication with external audiences.
Requirements:
Able to work independently; excellent time management, organizational, and people skills
High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines; strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced and innovative work environment
Positive attitude, flexibility, and problem solving mentality
Willingness to provide public presentations in a variety of settings
Knowledge of Macintosh, PC, and Microsoft Office applications
Basic Desktop Publishing and Website Management skills (e.g. Microsoft
Publisher, In-Design software, Graphic Design, Adobe PageMaker / Photoshop, etc.)
Strictest confidentiality on all issues; knowledge of HIPPA preferred
Education & Experience:
Must be currently enrolled in a college or university pursuing a Bachelors or Master’s degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, or related field.
